Health Benefits of Apples

      Apples help to reduce high cholesterol levels and cancer risk. Apples are very high in fiber helps prevent constipation and appetite. apple juice can sometimes cause diarrhea in small children.

If you peel and cut the apples into pieces, let it out in the open for a few hours then the apple will change color to brown. after apple turned brown in color, it can be a healer mild diarrhea. there is the truth of the old adage, "An apple a day, keep the doctor is not here".
