The health benefits of lemon

      This yellow fruit not only heal and maintain health but also fight and kill germs and bacteria. benefits of lemon is very much present in ancient manuscripts, religious manuscripts, modern science, books, and even medical journals.

One of the benefits to be gained from the lemon is its ability to kill and remove germs. lemon not only cure common diseases, but is also effective against dangerous diseases such as malaria, viral fever, scabies, mental disorders, and diseases transmitted through sexual intercourse. mostly a mixture of lemon drink on an empty stomach.

Lemon juice is sour, but it quench thirst, helps the digestive system, increase sweating, kidney cleansing, acts as a diuretic (increases urine production), purify the blood, strengthen the heart, control bile (needed to digest food), coughing, and stomach.


Colds

   Combine juice of 1 lemon with hot water and honey into a mug. two teaspoons of sugar can be used if there is no honey. This herb is quite effective at the time we are catching colds, influenza, and shortness of breath due to sinus. This drink has a delicious taste. This is one of the sore throat remedy is quite effective. Drink this potion before going to bed. 

Headaches are common

    Combine the lemon juice into the drink hot tea without sauces, and drink every day. this will cure the common headache.
 

 Gum problems

    Mix the lemon juice with water and use to rinse every day. This herb will cure various gum problems. do not forget that the lemon kills germs and bacteria.

Obesity

    Mix fresh lemon juice with four tablespoons of honey in a glass of water. drink this every morning on an empty stomach. this will help you increase your weight reduction. Regular use of this herb will result in weight loss.
 

Constipation

    Mix a glass of water, two tablespoons of lemon juice, and two tablespoons of honey. drink this mixture twice a day in the morning and evening.  

Abdominal pain

    Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of ginger juice, and two tablespoons of honey, then drink. This will cure stomach ache.

Vomiting (children)

    Mix two to three drops of lemon in a spoonful of water, then suapkan in children. this will help stop the vomiting.
