Preventing and addressing sinusitis naturally

Sinusitis is the inflammation of the nasal cavity (sinus) located above the eyes, under the nose, and in both nostrils. This cavity is lined with a membrane that produces mucus. The mucus function to prevent dryness and irritation of the respiratory tract as well as the air filter dust is inhaled. under normal conditions, the mucus out of the sinuses can flow smoothly, while under abnormal conditions (have a cold or stuffy nose), nasal and sinus mucus flow becomes smooth.

The resulting symptoms include: headache, sore throat, pain in the cheeks, cough, and pus-filled cavity cheeks so breath smells.

All you need do is to maintain the health of people with sinusitis, consume plenty of fluids (drink lots of water) because the fluid can dilute the sputum to reduce possible sinus congestion, stop smoking because smoking can dry mucous membranes, thus increasing the tendency to sinusitis, stop activities that can cause pressure in the head, such as: do skydiving or diving. these changes make it difficult snot out but can also make sinus congestion, and sneezing is not too strong because it can cause mucus containing bacteria enter the sinus again.

Sinusitis usually occurs because of prolonged colds and allergies. allergy symptoms depend on the affected part of the body, not the cause. mainly caused by allergic reactions to house dust, pollen, animal dander, mold, some foods (eg, peanuts, seafood), or drug reactions. food ingredients that may cause allergies include: chocolate, beef, corn, sugar, oranges, potatoes, coffee, yeast, milk, eggs, and tomatoes.

To overcome sinusitis, among others, can be used: fruits, vegetables, brown rice, chicken soup, aloe vera, turmeric, dried white mushrooms, radishes, yellow squash, corn leaves, pomegranate leaves, tea leaves, ginger, and leaves garlic.
