Healthy with persimmon

  Persimmons, Orange, Fruit     Persimmon (Diospyros feet) is a type of plant that is mainly to take the fruit. orange or red fruit and sweet taste. to be durable and the flesh is not hard and does not taste sour, persimmon fruit soaked with lime water. that's why persimmon looks powdery fruit that is also called a flirt.

   Besides eaten as fresh fruit, persimmon fruit can also be used for treatment. carbohydrates contained in the persimmon fruit soluble sugars, such as sucrose, glucose, and fructose. unripe fruit contains tannins, sirulin, and iodine. Persimmon is not good because it consumed too much tannin content is fused with iron so that the body will be difficult to absorb iron.

  Based on the study, 100 grams of fresh persimmon leaf contains 704 mg of vitamin C which is why many countries are now cultivating persimmon leaves into healthy drinks. usefulness is to prevent arteriosclerosis, resolve inflammation, and stop the bleeding.

  Persimmon is useful to prevent and treat a cough blood, hypertension, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary pus, hemorrhoids, diabetes, coronary heart disease, canker sores, bronchitis, whooping cough, sore throat, impaired organ function, impaired function of the stomach, spleen dysfunction, insomnia , disorders of the kidney, burns, ringworm, black hair, for beauty, relieve thirst, lower the heat, weight loss, bowel launched, launched the digestive tract, stop bleeding, and others.

  Here is a marvelous benefits of persimmon fruit in overcoming serious diseases, namely:


  • Overcoming vomiting blood
             50 grams of dried persimmon, lotus root 25 grams, and 25 grams of fresh ginger skin boiled with enough water until thickened. add brown sugar to taste, then drink. do 3 times a day, as many as 10 tablespoons each time a drink.

  • Overcoming urination containing blood 
             1 fresh persimmon fruit, black beans, and salt to taste boiled with 500 cc of water until the remaining 250 cc, then drink. edible ingredients.  

  • Coping with bowel movements containing blood  
              7 dried persimmon smoothed and 50 grams of brown sugar brewed with hot water to taste. drink on an empty stomach. 

  • Treat a cough with phlegm 
           2 dried persimmon to dry once baked, then mashed. add honey and enough hot water, then drink.   

  • Overcoming the blood clotting 
             30 grams of dried persimmon, lotus root 50 grams, 15 grams of mustard seed large boiled with 600 cc of water until the remaining 300 cc. add honey to taste, then drink. done once a day.

            200 grams of lotus seeds boiled in earthen pot until soft. enter 1 dried persimmon that has sliced, then boiled again until the remaining 400 cc of water, then drink. 
  • Overcoming bronchitis
             6-9 grams of powdered persimmon brewed with warm water, then drink. do 1-2 times a day.  

  • Coping with hair loss 
             10 grams of powdered persimmon brewed with water, drink every day. do regularly. 

  • Overcoming bleeding  
             2 fresh persimmon fruit plus 200 grams of lotus root juiced, then drink. do 3 times a day.

  • Overcoming burns
             Persimmon slices, then put on the wound. do regularly.
