Healthy with guava tea

   Guava, Guava Fruit, Sri Lanka, Mawanella    Guava plant widely grown as fruit trees, and there are often grows wild in the lowlands to 1,200 meters above sea level, growing in loose soil or clay, in the open and plenty of water. guava plant height can reach 2-10 meters and comes from tropical America.

   The stem is hard, smooth surface bark brown and easily chipped. smooth-haired young leaves, old leaves upper surface becomes slippery. leaf shape is oval rather menjorong or slightly rounded to tapered, with a 6-14 cm long, 3-6 cm wide, short-stemmed around 3mm-7mm. Average leaf edges slightly curved upward, reinforced pinnate, green color, layout facing. flowers out of the armpit leaves and numbered 1-3 flowers, white, sessile 2cm-4cm. his men turned round to oval, green and yellow. The flesh is yellowish white or pink. the seeds are small, hard, and a lot.

   Guava tea useful to overcome indigestion, sore throat, sore throat, hoarseness, mouth sores, bleeding, diarrhea, acute / chronic, diabetes, colitis, gastritis, flatulence in children, hemorrhoids, hives, allergies, prickly heat, burns, bleeding, vaginal discharge, facilitate childbirth, and others.

   The content of guava leaves are: tannins, volatile oil (eugenol), fatty oil, resin, tannin substances, triterpinoid, and Aptel acid.

   The content of guava fruit such as: amino acids (tryptophan, lysine), calcium, phosphorus, iron, sulfur, vitamin A, B1, and C.
 

   The following are the amazing health benefits of guava in overcoming serious diseases, namely:


  •   Coping with diabetes 
            3-5 grams of dried guava leaves or 10-30 grams of fresh guava leaves and 5 grams of tea leaves boiled with water, then drink the water as drinking regular tea.

  •  Overcoming dysentery 
             15 grams of dried guava leaves and 30 grams of fresh guava leaves boiled with water, then drink the water like regular tea drinking water. 

  •  Sore throat, sore throat, hoarseness
              100 grams of dried guava boiled with enough water. after that, the water is drunk. do regularly.

  •  Overcoming itching, prickly heat
           100 grams of fresh guava leaves and 50 grams of dried guava leaves boiled with enough water. decoction was then filtered using boiled water to wash the itchy areas. do regularly 2-3 times a day. 

  •  Overcoming burns  
            Dried guava taste finely ground then add coconut oil to taste. after that, apply on the burns contained.

  •   Overcoming whitish
              3 young twigs of guava and 7 pieces of betel leaves boiled with 2 liters of water until the remaining 1 liter, and the water used to wash the vagina. 

  •   Overcoming thrush
             15 grams of fresh guava leaves and 1 finger guava bark boiled with 1 liter of water until boiling, then filtered, and drunk. do 2 times a day.
