Preventing and controlling gallstones naturally

      Gallstones are deposits of cholesterol, calcium salts, and bilirubin were hardened and often form small balls in the gall bladder which sometimes cause symptoms such as abdominal pain. gallstone becomes a problem when it enters one of the channels leading to the small intestine.

   The gall bladder is the organ in charge of storing bile produced by the liver. during the meal, the gallbladder contracts to issue a brownish green liquid, called bile into the intestine. bile consists of bile acids, proteins, bicarbonate, calcium salts, conjugated bilirubin, and cholesterol. useful bile in the absorption of fats and some vitamins, such as vitamin A, D, E, and K. Bile also serves as a medium to get rid of substances that are not needed by the body.


   Some of the symptoms of diseases caused by gallstones include: biliary colic, pain in the upper abdomen that lasts up to several hours with vomiting and comes back after a certain time interval, jaundice can also arise also occur due to blockage of the bile duct, cholecystitis acute inflammation of the gallbladder due to obstruction by gallstones in the bile duct, acute pancreatitis, a sudden pain and short duration caused by gallstones and alcohol, and stomach feels weird, because fat or indigestion caused due to gallstones.

   Detector gallstones is an ultrasound, which uses sound waves to the ear can not hear. The sound waves are directed into the body and the reflected waves are then processed computer will indicate the presence or absence of gallstones. This tool accuracy rate reaches 90%. in addition, gallstones can be seen through x-rays and blood tests in the laboratory.

   Gallstone formation is influenced by several factors, among others: race (tribe), age, gender (men have a higher risk), pregnancy (women who have experienced pregnancy more than two times higher risk), obesity, drugs, and disease anemia. some efforts to prevent the formation of gallstones that can be taken include keeping the body weight remained normal, lowering cholesterol, and eating foods that contain lots of fiber.

   For patients with gallstones, the main principle of treatment is rest the gallbladder. avoid fatty foods because fat stimulates the gall bladder to work hard. protein content in the diet is quite 1-1 1/2 grams per body weight every day. calories should also be limited, as most people with gallstones also overweight. foods that can cause indigestion should also be avoided. 

  Prevent and cope with gallstones

  • 30 grams of hair with water boiled corn. strain and drink.
  • 60 grams of whole plant fresh cat whiskers boiled with water, then drink the water.
  • 100 grams of the roots of weeds boiled with 600 cc of water until the remaining 300 cc. drinking water.  
  • Drink as much as 4 cups apple juice for 5 days. done on the sixth day of fasting, and at the time of breaking the fast of drinking water plus 30 grams of salt english and at 8 pm drink 1/2 cup of lemon juice has been added 1/2 cup olive oil and mix evenly.

    Important Notes:  

  • Before and after the operation, the consumption of fat in the diet should be low to prevent gallbladder to contract.  
  • Eggplant useful to accelerate the healing process of the incision. in 100 grams of eggplant contains 750 mg of vitamin P.  
  • Gallstone patients often suffer from constipation (difficult bowel movements). so it is recommended to eat vegetables and fruits that are not out of gas.
