Migraine is a headache that is accompanied by throbbing pain on one side only and the arrival of a sudden, and followed by the glare when viewing the light (photophobia) and double vision, or a feeling of nausea to vomiting. pain from migraine which was throbbing at the back and sides of the head to forehead, as well as around the eyeball.
Headaches can also be caused due to deficiency of serotonin, thus making the blood vessels to the brain shrink or constrict. This narrowing reduces blood flow to the brain, giving rise to early symptoms of migraine, such as ringing in the ears, tingling in certain limbs, and impaired vision. elapsed after the initial symptoms, migraine sufferers experience pain on one side of the head that can last for hours or even days. There are 5 types of migraine, namely:

Factors that could cause migraines include:
Heredity (genetics), inflammation, stress, weather changes, the light is too bright, bad odor, menstrual disorders, and food, such as: chocolate, foods containing monosodium glutamate (msg), preserved foods, nuts, almonds , nutty flavor, chemical seasoning, fruit seeds, raisins, cheese, ice, ice cream, iced tea, alcohol, wine, coffee (caffeine), sponge cake, red wine, foods containing amines, nitrites, and aspartame.
Migraine sufferers are more common in women
First migraine attack usually occurs at age 10-30 years. however, in some cases, new migraine appear at menopause. in patients who are pregnant migraine, migraine attacks during pregnancy rarely appear in 3-9 months.
Prevent and cope with headaches
